Today I bring a very similar method to release Galaxy S4 to publish recently, but this time is for android tutorial on how to unlock a Samsung Galaxy S3, Galaxy Note 2 to Galaxy S3 Mini , all running version of Android Jelly Bean 4.1.1 onwards.

1.Open the Phone dialer and press: * # 197328640 #
2.In the next menu, press [1] UMTS and then [1] Debug Screen.
3.Once in this menu, CLICK in [8] Phone Control and then in [6] Network Lock.
4.On that screen CLICK Options and then select [3] Perso SHA256 OFF. Wait 30 seconds after making this selection.
5.Returns the previous step by pressing the Menu key, and then Back or "Back" in the dropdown.
6.Back in the Network Lock menu, select [4] NW Lock NV Data INITIALLIZ. Wait again a minute after pressing.
7.A minute after the restart the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, the Galaxy S3 or S3 Galaxy mini.
8.Now your phone should be released and ready for use with any carrier.
Once the process note that not appear any confirmation or notice on the screen , so to check that the procedure has worked, you have to put the SIM card from a different operator you use in the terminal.
